Bonnou☆Saiyuuki

                        Bonnou☆Saiyuuki

SUMMARY

Bonnou☆Saiyuuki (煩悩☆西遊記 / Bonnou Saiyuuki) is a manga written and illustrated by Crystal na Yousuke, serialized in Shogakukan's Sunday Gene-X magazine since 2020 and still ongoing as of early 2026.
It is a comedic ecchi reimagining of the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West.
The story follows the Buddhist priest Genjō Sanzō (also referred to as Hoshi Sanzo or Xuan Zang), who embarks on a journey to India (Tenziku) to retrieve a sacred scripture said to contain true salvation. He is accompanied by his three disciples: Son Goku, Cho Hakkai, and Sha Gojyo — all reimagined as extremely beautiful, charming, and seductive women.
Along the way, every trial, monster, trap, and encounter is intensely erotic, constantly testing Sanzō's chastity and resolve. As a devout monk committed to the Buddhist path, losing his virginity means certain doom (or catastrophic failure). Thus, he must desperately resist overwhelming lust and temptation (bonnou / 煩悩) to protect his purity and successfully complete the journey, all while leading his alluring female companions through chaotic adventures.
The series masterfully blends over-the-top gag humor, heavy ecchi situations, action sequences, and surprisingly heartfelt romantic development into a shameless yet oddly wholesome parody adventure.
