Summary
According to Stargazer mythology, the Jade Emperor arose in the First Age of the Wheel of Ages as the Master of Ten Thousand Things. It was his power that first set the Wheel in motion when he called for a counterpart to balance him. From that demand was born his bride T’ai-Shen, the great spirit who created the world itself and molded all things from sacred clay.
He is one of the highest and most ordered expressions of the Weaver, embodying structure, hierarchy, cosmic law, and the patterning of existence. In high-end interpretations, he is treated as a major Celestine or lower Godhead-level entity, placing him in the same broad tier as Gaia and Bondye.
